December 1st Week:-Meeting held at the ACBT Roof Top;
- The team leader Rebecca searched some articles regarding the environmental sustainability and uploaded on the Blog Home page.
- Kavindya, Teruni and Harini contributed to develop the blog.
- Rebecca divided the tasks that should be done by the respective team members.
- Harini posted those tasks of members on the Group Member Profile.
- We chose a suitable company to develop our research on Environmental Sustainability.
- At last everybody agreed to find information on their assighned tasks by the next meeting and share them with others on the next week.
December 8th (2nd Team meeting)- Held at the ACBT roof top
- Each member brought in valuable information regarding Environmental sustainability.
- Harini, Kavindya and Teruni researched further more about environmental sustainability strategies.
- After much discussion with all the group members, the proper strategies which we will implement into the company were chosen and finally they were confirmed by Rebecca.
- Information needed to create a website were discussed
- Rebecca then assigned each member with certain duties which will be handled through out the project.
- Managing and designing the website will be handled by Harini and Minoli.
- Researching and communicating mainly with the company will be done by Kavindya and Teruni.
- Rebecca will be assisting and going through all the records and making sure each aspect has met the deadline.
- Finally the date and time for the next meeting was decided.

December 20th (3rd Team Meeting) - Held at Lab 2
- Rebecca changed her uploaded article on the Home Page as it was not suitable for the Timeline according to other team member's ideas.
- Harini created the website on Environmental Sustainability.
- Everyone divided their topics for the Website.
- Teruni searched some other Websites on the net that has been done by others to get an idea.
- Kavindya came up with some new ideas to develop the website and she has searched information about the company and uploaded them on the blog Home page for other member's references.
- Everyone agreed to find out valuable information regarding the project on their relevant and given topics by Saturday.

- Members actively published valuable information on the blog which would help us in finalizing our website.
- An open discussion took place regarding the information that was collected by the members to clarify doubts or misunderstandings that had occurred during the collection of data.
- Group members finally agreed on a single theme for our website that would best describe our cause.
- Rebecca, Harini and Teruni came up with the necessary categories in which we hope to extend our website in the future.
- Kavindya continued to communicate and gather information to assist us in properly implementing appropriate Environmental Sustainability strategies that would best fit the company.
- Rebecca actively looked through the work and advised members to keep on working hard as the due date is getting closer.
- Each member took the initiative to find more information and develop on sections they were assigned to that would enable us to release the website as scheduled.
- The meeting came to an end by deciding the date of the next meeting.
January 2nd (5th Team Meeting) - Held at Lab 2
- Members actively published their information and articles on the assigned topics that they have selected for the website.
- Each member clarified their doubts regarding the project in order to develop a credible website with valid information.
- Rebecca, Minoli, Teruni and Harini selected the strategies that they wanted to develop for the website.
- Each member took the initiative to collect further information regarding the strategies they have chosen.
- All the members discussed about the necessary information that would create the website much more valuable for the project.
- The meeting came to an end by deciding the date for the next meeting.

- Members brought along the information which were collected by them for each strategy.
- Everyone read the material and had an in-depth discussion on how to proceed and what needs to be changed.
- Harini and Kavindya spoke to the CEO of the company and made an appointment for the 11th of January to discuss and observe how exactly things are being done at the shop.
- The meeting came to an end by deciding on the date for the next meeting.
January 16th (7th Meeting) - Held at Lab 2
- Harini finalised the CEO's message on the website after the meeting held with him on the 11th of January.
- Rebecca, Minoli, Teruni and Kavindya had made changes to the information collected by themselves to best fit the company's environment and activities after what they had experienced at the discussion with the CEO.
- Each member took responsibility on their work and brought a draft that would be eligible to be uploaded in the website.
- Images and the CEO's message was uploaded at the meeting today.
- The meeting ended with deciding on the date for the next meeting.
January 30th (8th Meeting) - Held at Lab 2
- The meeting started with everyone sharing the new information and documents made for the website.
- A few areas needed some editing, therefore the strategies were exchanged among the members and each person took initiative to change whatever was needed
- Images were uploaded into the website by Harini while the others edited diagrams and additional images.
- We were finding it difficult to upload the information into the website as we desire therefore it took quite a lot of time trying to figure out our next move.
- Since we were running out of time we got some external help to help us in proceeding with the website.
February 5th (9th Meeting) - Held at Lab 3
- Harini started off by editing the website and linking information that would be necessary for our final output.
- Teruni helped in editing a few more documents and images.
- Kavindya, Rebecca and Minoli uploaded their information into the website.
- Everyone contributed in making the website attractive and made sure that the uploaded information are understandable by any ordinary person.
- Finally everyone discussed on how to present the information in class and how each member is going to proceed with the information, to make sure that everyone knows what is needed to be done.
